It’s a 15 year old plane, at that point it’s more about the airline maintenance program and pilots rather than who made it.
Wasn’t the problem with the blown put door for example that the official Boeing maintenance contractors just didn’t fix it right? Or was that not “maintenance” but rather “retrofitting”?
I honestly don’t quite remember.
it wasn’t factory installed properly… with enough bolts.
15 years is nothing and it’s probably the plane of theseus at that point
an average commercial plane is easily used for 20 years, and depending on the model can go for nearly twice as long.
