I think comparing gender or sexual orientation to a disability is also not the way to go. Its a very different experience with very different challenges in our current society.

If what you say is true about not being anti queer, I think you should try to refelct the way you view and talk about queer people. The reactiona to ypur comments are so big/aggressive because the rhetoric you use is very similar to the rhetoric many bigots use when talking about queer folks. So even if you mean it differently, from our perspective it really looks the same / similar.

Maybe my wording is not that clear, but I am just responding to this part of the article where the source for the story is clearly mentioned as an anonymous source.:

Not saying we should trust Netanyahu’s denial of this happening, but at the same time its not really reasonable to just trust an anonymous source in an ongoing conflict where public and international opinion matters a lot.

If there is more to this story then we probably will see more people confirming this in the near future.

Idk about that, I would argue that the people that killed or imprisoned leftists or plan to do so have been/are the worst enemy of leftists. And then there are times you set a password and everything just seems to work fine, but later the new password never works. You reset the password, try again and really focus because you think you made some mistake with the password manager. Again the password you set does not work.
