If Trump wanted him back, he would be on a plane within 1 hour.

I am willing to bet my life on that.

Abrego Garcia hasn’t been charged or convicted of a crime.

So they took him from his family and sent him to a prison camp, admitted their mistake and said oppsie that’s too bad.

“This was an oversight, and the removal was carried out in good faith based on the existence of a final order of removal and Abrego-Garcia’s purported membership in MS-13,” Cerna said.

Bullshit. You knew he had a no-deportation order and you sent him anyway.

Maybe you and Abrego-Garcia can have a prisoner exchange so you’ll see what it’s like to be innocent but in an El Salvador jail anyway.

The Trump administration got a human trafficker in Romanian custody free for some vacations in the US. That’s the only thing I have to say about the US and people in foreign custody.

“We kinda just threw him in there with no documentation, we don’t really know where he is.”

    • The one “saving grace” is that CECOT isn’t so much a traditional prison as it is a slave manufacturing complex straight out of the Stat Wars Andor series. It’s in their interest to keep everyone alive as long as they can keep them passive.
