    Didn’t God make people gay then so it’s ok? Doesn’t God want genocide and wars everywhere? God surely wants flint Michigan residents to drink leaded water. God dotes on leukemia and acne as his creations too, doubtless.

    God is omnipotent yet allows incredible cruelty, and avarice to rule the world? I guess if you’re a bible believer the end must be coming for a good purge is needed, no? Instead, somehow the end is not near?

      You jest, but a large swath of right-wing evangelicals are actively trying to bring about the end times. My pet theory is that they are terrified of dying. So, if they bring about the end times, then Jesus will come back and rapture them. That way they get into heaven without having to die a nasty death first.
