Well unfortunately in America 232 years ago the Bill of Rights were ratified and the 2nd amendment to the Constitution was made law which stated that anyone can have as many guns as they want according to the modern Supreme Court.
Yeah! What world would we live in if you could change something that’s called “an amendment”.
Oh, we CAN change it… First you get 230 votes in the House of Representatives… I mean, technically it CAN be done, they got 311 to bounce George Santos…
And 3/4ths of the states have to approve it as well.
That’s the LAST step, yeah. 38 states for ratification.
