If he is in fact granted immunity, it will be for the whole shebang and he won’t have a choice. Jack Smith won’t give him a deal simply on the basis of his word. If he wants to be a cooperating witness he’ll have to supply the goods and there will be a process of investigating and fact-checking and corroborating everything he says.
