in addition, its okay to just say lgbt. none of us are expecting people to remember that whole thing
i typically say lgbt+ cuz i like being positive (hehe), but it matters much less than some folk will make it seem
- for other categories doesn’t suffice, we also need * to represent, by wildcard, those that don’t fit any category, as well as - for those who fit the other letters/symbols but don’t want to identify with the rainbow mainstream (say, gay folks who aren’t fans of gay marriage)
yeah so anyway i say lgbt+ or lgbtq+ to include everyone because nobody actually complains about my support
