Well, Batman has no powers, and technically, Green Lantern uses a power ring.
Batman had the only real super power insane wealth. And because of childhood trauma he had entire city play along and let him run around being a vigilante.
Which is honestly what we should consider doing with our current billionaires. A couple guys in tights leaving riddles and cards that only Musk and Bezos can solve could prevent a lot of human suffering.
