I wish I had enough money to build a factory in the USA. Instead I’m here struggling with the weekly increase in my grocery bill.

I don’t understand. I think it’s still used pretty widely. There is a chain called “grocery outlet” here in the northeast.
It’s a reference to Trump going on about “groceries” - repeatedly. I think Jon Stewart had a bit on it.
