We knew it was going to spread on spring break, and it’s going to spread more when the college kids head home for the summer. :/
Most credible colleges require shot records. Even Baylor requires the MMR vaccine (https://healthservices.web.baylor.edu/services/immunizations#%3A~%3Atext=Routine+Immunizations+REQUIRED+for+enrollment%2Cfrom+first+day+of+class). I’m sure there are some crappy religious “colleges” that don’t require it, but unaware of it.
