Well, that clearly shows how shit-scared Trump is at any gesture of defiance.
And the more excessive the sentence, the more likely jury nullification will occur.
I would be proud to serve on a jury about Tesla vandalism.
Can vandalism be proven? Yes. Do I consider it an act of terrorism? No.
Therefore, I’d vote not guilty.
The guy running over protesters better get terrorism charge if not then no way vandalism gets a charge.
