    The individual was probably referencing Disney World and their unique governance arrangements with the state of Florida mainly the CFTOD.

      I mean, they literally said Disney seceded from the union. What I think is more likely is they don’t understand the arrangement and thinks it means they’re some sort of sovereign state or something.
