The use of the autopen, a device that reproduces signatures and is ubiquitous in government and business, is ordinarily uncontroversial. There is no power to undo a pardon in the Constitution or case law.

    And there it is, another giant flag signaling they don’t intend to ever give up the presidency. Otherwise any sane president would instantly invalidate everything trump did and send him to jail along with most of the administration

      Any ranking Democrat would be far too committed to trying to manifest norms by acting as if they were still in force to even consider such an action.
