I don’t think it’s possible to get that old “school lunch” or banquet consistency while keeping the food somewhat real so I guess the biggest “gripe” was the gravy. It was still pretty good though! Just didn’t recapture that.
You probably needed to add MSG
Likely. I really don’t use it much, because most things I cook don’t really need it. But that definitely could’ve used some extra flavor.
