True, but Trump likes simple words to convey simplified ideas to simple minds. Reducing beef consumption to zero is a ban by any other name. Increasing taxes on beef production until it is unprofitable is a defacto ban.
Which significant Democrat has proposed any of that? What makes anything you said relevant?
