Nickname of netanyahou
His wikipedia actually says:
Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu
I wonder if he likes the nickname or if he just has it without his consent.
I don’t really know much about it but a podcast I listened to a while back said that Israelis are a bit obsessed with this type of nick name.
Nah not obsessed, this is just his nickname, everyone uses it regardless if they’re for or against him. There are some more politicians with nick names. Buji for example is the president Isaac Herzog.
He uses it, as well as his opponents. It’s not a political statement one way or the other.
