yeah I just quickly mixed up fresh basil, lemon juice, walnuts, silken tofu and some pasta water to blend it all up. I added garlic to my half but my partner is allergic to alliums so I had to make two versions lol
When you say silken tofu, do you mean the one what comes in the shelf stable packages?
Yeah I used the mori-nu boxed tofu for this. I think that one is the best for sauces
