Frontier is good when it’s fiber. Frontier is bad when it’s DSL. Depends on what they offer to your area.
I will say yeah - if it’s fiber, you’ll be okay.
My area is fiber, 500/500.
Or worse if the only internet connection you can get in your area is dial-up.
