I’m glad that of all the things, the Sonic movies are what really sparked his passion for acting in recent years
It makes me happy. I was kind of worried about him after his Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee episode. Something seemed off.
After playing sonic generations with my son, I’m all sorts of pumped for this movie. The last two were fun, but this one looks like full unfiltered nostalgia unleashed from Sonic Adventure 2.
The clever Chao Garden, The Ark (and I hope to God they have Cancer Lizard), the city battle, Robotnick’s grandfather, Maria, Shadow’s Chaos abilities. I really sort of hope for some other famous cheese from the game…
The director even joked that he did tempt Carrey back with his unusual demand: “We printed it out with 24-carat ink and delivered it to his doorstep.”

Oh garsh, this new actor Jim Carrey is so dedicated to the Sonic franchise, I wonder why he hasn’t done anything before. /S
bro was supposed to retire but enjoyed doing the sonic movies so much that we get to experience a sonic 3 :D
I am glad. I hope it brings him true joy. Man’s been very open about his depression and I really love him for it.
